About Us

To prepare students from the Department of Culinary Arts and Hotel Management for their internships in the external industry, we provide practical venues such as HK Restaurant, HK Tea House, More Fun Express and Liu Lu Hotel, enabling students to familiarize themselves with the working environment and processes of the industry beforehand. These venues not only provide opportunities for on-campus internships but also offer dining and accommodation services to faculty, students, and alumni within the university community.
